THE DEAR & TINE + MY LITTLE ROCKABILLY WEDDING GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
“Promoter” means Dear & Tine ABN: 56 906 259 175 and Kat Creasy , My Little Rockabilly its substitutes, successors and permitted assigns;
“Wedding Giveaway” means The Dear & Tine and My Little Rockabilly Wedding Giveaway
“Competition Period” means Monday, 05 November 2012 until Wednesday, 05 December 2012. Late entries will not be accepted. The winner will be chosen on Thursday, 06 December 2012 and announced on the
day at https://www.facebook.com/KatCreasey?fref=ts and www.dearandtine.com/giveaway
“Winner” means the entrant that the Promoters choose to win the Contributions given by the Contributors & Promoters.
By entering The Wedding Giveaway, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. All sections of the entry form must be completed in order for entrants to be eligible.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Queensland 18 years andolder. Entrants must be able to show upon request photographic proof of residency and age e.g driver?s license, passport
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of My Little Rockabilly, Dear & Tine and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate familymeans any of the following: Spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
2.3 All entrants must be legally able to wed in accordance with the Commonwealth of Australia Act of 1961
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 TheWedding Giveaway commences on Monday, 05 November 2012 and concludes at 12pm on Wednesday, 05 December 2012. (the competition period)
3.2 The Wedding Giveaway is entered by emailing giveaway@dearandtine.com with a photo of the entrant and their fiancee, wedding date & venue details, and a 300 word brief as outlined in the promotional poster.
3.3 Winner will be chosen by draw at 12pm on Thursday, 06 December 2012 and announced Thursday, 06 December 2012
3.4 Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years before entering the competition.
3.5 Entrants must understand that when submitting an entry you will be added to a mailing list.
3.6 Only one entry can be submitted per couple.4. PRIZE
1 x MAJOR PRIZE
$2,800 Wedding Photography Package from Dear & Tine Boutique Wedding Photography
• Includes unlimited hour wedding day coverage
• This package is valid for a Brisbane or Gold Coast wedding only and additional charges will be incurred for a wedding taking place outside these areas
• This includes all edited images in high resolution on disc or usb storage device
• Services and/or products are to be booked 6 – 8 months prior to your chosen wedding date
• If your wedding date has been selected and Dear & Tine is not available on your chosen date the prize becomes null and void and non-transferable.
• Includes a one (1) hour face to face consultation with Dear & Tine prior to your wedding date
• If the prize winners chosen services and/or products exceed the total prize value then the additional monetary value must be paid before said services and/or products are provided
$370 – My Little Rockabilly by Kat Creasy Make-Up, Hair & Custom Accessory piece Package
• Make-up and Hair for the Bride and up to 3 Bridesmaids
• One Custom Accessory piece for each bridal party member worth $65
• Does not include a pre-wedding trial
• If your wedding date has been selected and My Little Rockabilly is not available on your chosen date the prize becomes null and void and non-transferable.
• If the prize winners chosen services and/or products are valued less than the prize amount then the difference is not transferable or refundable and becomes void
• If the prize winners chosen services and/or products exceed the total prize value then the additional monetary value must be paid before said services and/or products are provided
• Services and/or products are to be booked 6 – 8 months prior to your chosen wedding dateTOTAL PRIZE POOL VALUE $3365
4.1 If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited
4.2 The prize must take place before 31 December 2013. If the prize is not used before 31 December 2013, it will be forfeited
4.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
4.4 Prize items are subject to availability. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners
4.5 The prize is strictly stated as above. Any costs incurred by the winner/s other than those, which form part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner/s, including but not limited to: travel fees, numbers exceeding those outlined by the individual Contributors
4.6 In participating in the prize/s, the winner agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and nonexclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use
4.7 All photos taken in conjunction with this prize, including the wedding photos may be used by all contributors, for marketing purposes. By entering the competition winners give their consent for these photos to be used and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use
4.8 All prize totals are final and if the couple would like a service from the contributor above the specific package or set prize, it will be the responsibility of the prize winners to pay for the extra service requested, as per the terms and conditions of the individual contributor
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws.
5.2  The prize winners will be notified by phone by a representative of the Contributors & Promoters
5.3 All appointments for the couple are to be arranged by the couple. All contact details will be supplied to the winners
5.4 The winning couple will need to meet with all contributors before Dec 17, 2012 to ensure that specific needs are able to be met.
5.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters’ ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and
recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation
6.2 Dear & Tine, My Little Rockabilly and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail delivery
6.3 Dear & Tine, My Little Rockabilly and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but notlimited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
(a) During the draw
(b) In the participation in any prize
(c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail
(d) Arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting fromparticipation in this promotion
(e) Due to circumstances outside the Promoters’ reasonable control
6.4 Dear & Tine, My Little Rockabilly and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communications’ line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to,or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available
6.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State Legislation
